ASBAS Digital Solutions Program
The ASBAS Digital Solutions program is a low-cost, high-quality digital advisory service for Australian small businesses.
The program was developed by business incubation experts the Melbourne Innovation Centre. Our focus is your unique digital business needs. Learn to develop a basic website or online store. Form targeted connections on social media. Boost business operations with digital software. Protect your business with online security.
The program is for small businesses who are struggling in (or outside of) the online marketplace. Whether you aren't getting enough customers, want to develop a website, can't get followers on social media, or are wary of online security threats, this is the program for you.
What is included in the Program?
Get 1:1 mentoring with digital experts to determine your businesses unique digital needs and a digital solutions plan to help you implement the plan. 2 hours of 1:1 mentoring are included within the course.
Attend face to face workshops run by leading digital experts on a range of topics including Websites and Selling Online, Social Media and Digital Marketing, Small Business Software Tools and Online Privacy and Security. Workshops will be conducted in Metro and Regional areas to ensure access to all participants.
Join interactive webinars where you can learn from leading experts on the latest digital strategies you can use to improve your business.
Online Learning Platform
Learn step-by-step how to bridge the gaps with your business with our comprehensive online learning portal. Our easy-to-follow and well laid out lectures provide all the information you need to digitise your business.

Am I eligible to register?
All participants are required to have an ABN and be a small business.
Where will the Workshops be held?
The Workshops will be held in various locations across metropolitan and regional Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania. For more information on Workshops in your region, please visit the relevant state-specific website (links below).
How will my small business benefit?

How much time do I need to dedicate to the Program?
It is a self-driven program, but we recommend you initially dedicate 8 hours to the Digital Needs Assessment & Implementation Plan provided in the Mentoring sessions. Designed to help you identify the gaps in your business, this plan will help you prioritise which Workshops to attend and Online Learning lectures to complete.
When does the Program end?
The program runs until 30 June 2021. In that time you can use the Online Portal as often as you like, and access your allocation of Mentoring and Workshops.
How many places are available in the Program?
Places are limited across Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania. From our experience of running similar programs in the past, they usually sell out fast, so we recommend that you book your place now.
